- Tuna Crudo with baby heirloom tomatoes, avocado, citrus segments and house made ponzu
- Grilled Peach and Burrata Salad with arugula
- Grilled Atlantic Salmon with roasted cauliflower, kale and citrus herb sauce
- Luxe Guittard Chocolate Souffle with ice cream
The tuna crudo arrived as a palate of excitable colors and textures. The pink tuna flesh met it's match when sharing the fork with a square of avocado. The edges of quickly seared fish were a bit too salted for my taste, but still good tasting.
Burrata is a trending restaurant menu item at the moment and serving it with fruit, in my opinion, is the best way to bring out its creamy flavor.
The meal ended with a truly special dessert, The Luxe Guittard Chocolate Soufflé. This soufflé is now a signature on The restaurant's new menu and echoes the Hotel brand theme of "luxury and sophistication." The first bite was dangerous. Perfectly puffed and soft on the palate. The chocolate was strong enough to notice, but gentle enough to keep spooning.
